About Dr. Herno Remy
Dr. Herno Remy is the founder of Innovation Performance Consulting. He holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from Barry University, with a specialization in Human Resource Development, and a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University. This multidisciplinary academic foundation, combined with hands-on HR experience, enables him to apply principles of organizational leadership, workplace psychology, and human performance to complex business challenges.
As an SPHR and Certified ROI Professional (CRP), Dr. Remy brings both strategic insight and a focus on measurable impact to every project. He specializes in aligning HR practices, organizational systems, and employee performance to create productive, positive workplace environments. Known for his innovative, evidence-based approach, Dr. Remy has experience resolving employee issues, improving onboarding and orientation processes, supporting staff development, and strengthening organizational effectiveness.
Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, he also brings strong multilingual and cross-cultural capabilities to his work.
